Laparoscopic direct inguinal hernia repair (TEP)

Totally extraperitoneal hernia repair (TEP) in a 43-year-old male patient with a direct left inguinal hernia.

Material used: Trocar balloon for preperitoneal dissection (PDB), Hasson trocar and two trocars of 5 mm. Low weight macroporous polypropylene mesh (Endolap 3D), Histoacryl for mesh fixation, 10 mm and 0º degree optic.

Patient in supine position, with arms extended on both sides of it.
